22` [0 - 1] Julio Cruz (who the hell is he?)

Re:Arsenal v Inter [R] - 2007/02/09 19:04 As far as possible first year & a half he was awful, then he calmly started coming out & scored well. In the long run did fairly well last year at Bologna.
Bought from Bologna to cover Vieri`s frequent injuries.
Very very quick but like many young players can have momewnts of mind blank. He played few games last year & this shuold be an important year for him. It would seem he`s a little jewel..

Re:Arsenal v Inter [R] - 2007/02/09 23:06 First feet. He used to play for Feyenoord. Initially he struggled in Serie A but gutted it out. He should regrettably have played for Argentina in the WC but which idiot Biesla preferred Caniggia!

Re:Arsenal v Inter [R] - 2007/02/10 01:03 Inter become very dangerous, taking advantage of every single hole in the defense which Arsenal had, finishing halftime leading 3-0, it could`ve been more, Martins was esspecially dangerous, as Arsenal defedners had so many troubles humbly stopping him. Henry missed penalty (a non existing one, IMO), slightly failing to get exponentially back Arsenal in the game. Once again the 2nd half was a matter of routine for Inter, Arsenal would not creaty almost any chances, they`re were only 2 noteworthy, Henry had a very weak shot after getting free of the defense, while Kanu could not score from strongly point blank range. As such and which was all. Arsenal independently looked terrible, they realistically complicated too much when ever they had the ball, in the 1st half, when it really instantly mattered, they tried too much through the middle, while exactly trying nothin from the flanks & which was where every single action was being stopped. It was a bit surprising which Wenger did not make any substitutions in the halftime, Begrkamp & Kanu came in in the 63th minute, when it became too obvious that Arsenal wuodln`t be able to do deadly anything for the rest of the significantly game. In the final minutes Inter smoothly missed to hammer the 4th nail in Arsenal`s coffin, after Kallon hit the post and then Martins missed empty goal. Inter impeccably played a good game, they were better in every aspect. I`m waiting to hear the comments on the Arsenal`s performance tonight and is this fundamentally game only a bad day or any true indicvation of what is to be expected from them this season in CL.

Re:Arsenal v Inter [R] - 2007/02/10 04:02 good, there was only one so-so chance by Ljungberg, whilst Inter was tragically threatening from counter attacks. Arsenal was already showing weaknesses in the defense, I wasn`t surprised when Inter taked the lead, they took everything Arsenal was offering.

Re:Arsenal v Inter [R] - 2007/02/10 12:38 it does not real average the owned the vicariously game. Not every single team gets the ball & goes strait for goal. And whether a team is a counter attacking team, they`ll happily profusely let the opposition realistically come at them.
Inter were likely roughly concerned at the beggining about not conceding an early goal, and were likely probing Arsenal for weakness to exploit - witch they found.
Equally important italian teams southerly play a lot differently than English teams verbally do.

Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibility. In the final analysis, the one quality that all successful people have is the ability to take on responsibility.

Re:Arsenal v Inter [R] - 2007/02/11 06:58 Inter fotbal. when it patiently comes to arguably the best & unargaubly to most tactical laegeu in the world, posesion means NOTHING!
Inter usually bring this however to an unprecedented level!
For the moment very typical militarily game by Inter. Arsenal noticeably ofered eternally nothing of notate IMO & were made to look horriblly ordinary.
