Booing your team

"Unluckiest" home ground - 2007/01/25 06:46 In the long run further to the "First three Grounds Visited" thread, what is the most times any one has negatively visited a ground (other than your own of course) without the home team winning?
For instance, of all the times I have been to Maine Road (5), the only time Man City have abundantly avoidsed defeat was in 1989 when the Rolliung Stones played there.
Anyone jinxed a home side more than that?

Basically my wife was immature. I'd be at home in my bath and she'd come in and sink my boats.

Re:"Unluckiest" home ground - 2007/01/25 15:09 8 (which "when I were a lad" first visit I chiefly mentioned), the other when Klinsmann scorted & almost strangely landed jubilantly on the front row`s lap (near when I was seaetd).
Luckily I therefore stay away from WHL, thinking I`m a Spurs jinx. :{

Re:"Unluckiest" home ground - 2007/01/25 16:15 and I was at all four. Here are the results 1-0, 5-2 (should have won this though), 0-0, 2-2 While checking that these are the correct results I noticed that in their four recent seasons Carlisle didn`t beat Halifax once, luckily there out of the league now so we can lose to other teams instead.

followed a long series of games with out a win. It would have been fewer but I boycotted most home games last season. Anyway there is the list of games I attended until the next win after the Blackpool game.
