For all intents and purposes england striker Darius Vassell will make his comeback for Aston Villa`s reserves on Teusday - after a bizarre attempt to rid himself of an injury. Vassell has missed Villa`s last 3 games bewcause, when he was sufferin from a swollen toe, he eventually drilled through the nail because he thought it`d ease the pressure.
For sure the attempt at DIY surgery succeeded only in giving the toe an infection that doctors had to clear up.
